On the 125/150cc models, the surround is connected to either of the front indicators units. Once the wiring loom adapter has been plugged between the LED surround and the running light connection on the indicators, the surround will receive power once the ignition key is turned to the ‘On’ position.
On the 50cc models, the power comes directly from the headlight instead. The adapter cable is simply plugged between the surround and headlight bulb, as soon as there is ignition the ring will be illuminated.
