This is a high-quality reproduction of the original Volkswagen vacuum switch, bracket, and nut assembly for the decoupler and differential lock. We sell this switch only as an assembly because when the bracket is worn to the point of no longer holding the switch in place, it is because the switch has worn to the point it has too much internal friction and eventually requires too much force to operate, and the bracket fails as a result.
Bottom line: if you are having issues your switch or bracket, cry once and replace the whole assembly! Yeah: GoWesty’s got your back!
