MXS Big-Valve Intake Kit for Minarelli Vertical, Yamaha Zuma, and Prebug Scooters

Description

This Big Valve HighFlow kit is the result of many months of development and testing in our MXS Racing workshop; it is basically designed for use with our MXS MXS Racing and MXS Sport cylinders for Minarelli vertical. The intake is a little larger than other existing “Big Valve” intakes so it can easily be combined with MXS cylinders, and a reed valve for Minarelli AM6 engines can be mounted. You can, however, use it with any other cylinder for Minarelli vertical.

The kit includes:

• rubber intake manifold d=32 / 35mm (PWK type)
• anodized green aluminium mount
• Allen screws (x8)
• aluminium spacer 1.5mm
• paper gasket (x1)
• hose clamp
• instruction manual

For maximum performance and more torque, we recommend adding a V-Force 8 petal reed valve; minor modifications to the reed valve will be necessary.
