At times, we may need to charge for post-sale technical support services for situations outside the scope of our industry-leading warranty period and world-class customer service. If we have requested that you pay for technical support services beyond our normal level of customer service, this “product page” is where you can do so.
Tech Support Units: Each $75 “unit” you put in your cart is equal to 30 minutes of phone, email, or remote log-in support from one of our engineers. For example, if your issue is determined to require 1.5 hours of support, please add Quantity Three to your cart.
Important Note: If your issue occurs within the warranty period and is determined to be our responsibility (such as a defective part or incorrect instructions), we will refund your support payment and provide the necessary replacement parts in accordance with our warranty policy.
