Brand-new power steering rack for your Vanagon.Sold outright. NO CORE CHARGE.
This is a “short rack,” which means it does NOT include the tie rod assembly or steering gear rubber boots, sold separately.

Fits: All left-hand drive Vanagons originally equipped with power steering.
Install note: The cast aluminum ends in which the mounting pads are located are not solidly fixed to the steel mid section, they are sealed with O-rings and held in place with snap rings. They can be rotated fairly easily, and the mounting pads may come out of alignment during shipping, so don’t panic! Simply rotate them back onto alignment.
Warranty: Coverage requires replacing the Power Steering Reservoir Filter at the time of installation. In the event of a warranty claim, proof of filter purchase must be provided.
